Autoskola.hr – the first driving theory practice platform in Croatia

In 2017, we developed our first internal product, Autoskola.hr, as the first platform for driving theory practice in Croatia. Since the start, Autoskola.hr has collaborated with more than 53 driving schools and helped over 50,000 students prepare for their driving theory exams.

Identifying the need for modernization in driving schools

In Croatia, traditional methods of preparing students for the theory exam were outdated and inefficient, limiting student engagement and learning outcomes. Driving schools lacked digital tools for effectively managing student progress, assigning homework, and organizing practice groups.

Creating a custom solution for learning on the go

Our goal was to build an accessible platform that would not only support students in preparing for their driving theory exams but also streamline student management for driving schools. The platform needed to operate seamlessly on both web and mobile devices.

Building features that engage students and improve instructor efficiency

We developed Autoskola.hr as a web application built in React, complemented by a mobile app in React Native, supporting both Android and iOS devices.

 The platform empowered instructors to:

• Enroll students in tailored practice groups
• Assign and manage homework tasks
• Monitor individual and group progress

For students, Autoskola.hr offered a structured and engaging learning path, providing:

• Comprehensive learning and preparatory materials
• Practice exercises and mock exams
• Homework assignments tailored to individual learning needs

Students were able to engage effectively with content on the go, while driving schools gained better insights into student learning progress.

Autoskola.hr has transformed the learning experience for driving schools and students, setting a new standard in digital education for driving theory preparation in Croatia.
