This is an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced recruitment environment while working remotely. You’ll play a vital role in supporting our hiring efforts, sourcing candidates, coordinating interviews, and ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

Hourly net budget – 8€

Working hours – flexible full-time, 40 hours per week

Employment period – 1.6.2025. – 1.8.2025.

Core responsibilities

• Manage and support the full recruitment process across various roles
• Source and screen candidates using job boards, social media, and other platforms
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and candidates
• Participate in candidate interviews and provide feedback
• Maintain our applicant tracking system (ATS) and ensure accurate data entry
• Communicate professionally with candidates to ensure a positive experience
• Support the People & Culture team with other recruitment and HR-related tasks as needed

Operational requirements

• This is a remote position, but we are looking for someone based in Central Croatia, who is available to come to our Zagreb office occasionally when needed
• Strong communication skills in English (written and verbal)
• Basic understanding of the recruitment lifecycle and sourcing strategies
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
• Comfortable using digital tools like email, calendar scheduling, ATS, and spreadsheets

Bonus points for:

• Familiarity with Notion, Slack, and G Suite
• Previous experience in recruitment, HR, or administrative roles
