About this position

In Speck, we are constantly working with innovative technologies, to make our client’s products better. Our current team is consisted of multidisciplinary team members, and currently we’re adding new addition to our team – AI Engineer. As we are currently negotiating with several clients, we couldn’t provide a more detailed description of this role, but all the information will be shared during the initial interview.
The focus of this position will be on designing, developing, and implementing advanced AI models and solutions that enhance the products we’re working on. Key responsibilities include building and optimizing machine learning models and core algorithms. You’ll be collaborating with cross-functional teams to integrate AI capabilities, and staying current with industry advancements to ensure our technology remains cutting-edge.

Core responsibilities

• Research, design, and develop core AI models and solutions
• Help build software solutions based on AI/ML
• Optimize algorithms for scalability, performance, and accuracy
• Participate in making prioritization and development decisions

Operational requirements

• Educational background in data or software engineering
• 2+ years of relevant AI/ML experience
• Strong programming skills and familiarity with basic data structures/algorithms
• Experience in developing and deploying machine learning models in real-world applications
• Great understanding of AI and ML concepts and working experience in applying these concepts
• Proficiency in Python and at least one Python-based framework
• Familiarity with data engineering processes and practices
• Familiarity with ML frameworks like TensorFlow or PyTorch
• Familiarity with various machine learning algorithms, including supervised and unsupervised learning, reinforcement learning, and neural networks
• Analytical mindset and excellent problem-solving skills
• Attention to detail
