We are currently expanding our Finance and Administrative Department, so we are hiring a specialist to work with us on business optimization and managing finance tasks. If you’re a meticulous person with great organizational skills and a positive mindset, we expect your application!

Your role as a finance and administrative specialist

As a finance and administrative specialist, you will work with our current finance specialist on managing all the finance tasks in Speck. You’ll work closely with our business and HR team, as well as all other departments. Also, you’ll collaborate with our external accounting service.


Your main task will be to monitor Speck’s profitability, participate in pricing our services, and administrate and track payroll payments, along with payments for our external team members. You’ll have to keep track of the tax legislation, expenses optimization methods and EU projects. Also, one part of your role will be administrative office management tasks.

Peterson’s – a leading provider of test preparation materials (GMT, SAT, TOEFL), career exploration tools, and scholarship searches. The platform is the main source of information for more than 500.000 students yearly. Our team works directly with Peterson’s founders and holds a great dose of ownership over the product development.

Drivedo (former – A product that we have developed independently enables candidates to prepare better for exams in traffic regulations as part of training for driving schools and allows driving schools to easily track the progress of candidates. – A social discovery 3D web platform, allowing anyone anywhere to create and explore real-world locations, together. It offers users to join their team members in a virtual copy of their office, grab a drink in a virtual bar, window-shop from the comfort of their home, and much more.

What do we expect from you?

  • 1+ years of experience on similar positions 
  • Economics, finance, or law background
  • Meticulousness and an eye for detail
  • Basic knowledge of accounting practices and financial reporting
  • Excellent organization skills 
  • Experience in using Excel / Google Sheet for creating and tracking financial reports
  • Proactive and positive approach
  • Good knowledge of the English language

Bonus points for:

  • ACCA or CFA qualification
  • Previous experience in Big 4
